There are so many elements to lighting an office which drastically alter not only the productivity of employees but also the aesthetic appreciation of the space.

Biophilic design is a design strategy which supports health and wellbeing of everyone in the office thru aesthetic focus.  Different biophilic design elements support different outcomes including stress reduction, improvement in cognitive function and productivity.  The inclusion of integrating these design strategies into your office is greatly beneficial.
ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE
In working environments, the acoustic performance of panels, ceilings, floors and walls must be controlled to maintain speech privacy and also ensure that the overall noise level is compatible with the intended use of the space.
AUSTRALIAN LEGISLATIONS AND COMMERCIAL FINISHES
National Construction Code (BCA) and Australian Standards play an integral part in the certification approval of Commercial spaces and knowledge of the Codes is crucial to the design and approval of your space.
ERGONOMIC FURNITURE SOLUTIONS
Office ergonomics boosts productivity.  Designing a workspace that promotes good posture, less repetitive motions, easier heights and reaches, and less exertion nurtures a more efficient work process.  Inclusion also helps reduce the number of work-related injuries overall.

PINDARA EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
We were fortunate to be engaged to complete the New Pindara Emergency Department which opened in 2017.  In addition to this, some of the other projects we have completed include the new Pindara Birthing Suites, new Pindara Renal Unit, Oncology upgrade, new Pindara Place Day Surgery, Pindara Theatre upgrade and general Hospital renovations.  In addition, Baringa Private Hospital (Coffs Harbour) Renovations and The Southport Private Hospital total renovations including the adjoining Specialist Suites and extensive renovations to the Short Street Day Surgery.
NEW FARM CLINIC
New Farm Clinic is a 128 bed newly constructed Mental Health Hospital in New Farm, Brisbane. Â We were engaged to create ambience to an otherwise neutral environment. Â This included total design input into the Front Reception, Waiting Room and common areas. Â In addition we were further engaged to complete a total renovation and re design of the existing large dining area and kitchen.
CONSULTING SUITES
Many of our projects involved Medical and Dental Consulting Suite Fitouts and Renovations.  In addition to many others, this included numerous suites within the Pindara Specialist Suites, Pindara Place, AHC House, The Southport Specialist Suites, John Flynn Hospital and Parkwood Village Clinics.
DOMESTIC PROJECTS
We have extensive knowledge in Residential Design and Construction and have worked on many high end large and smaller scale homes both on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane.
